These terms apply to mavparts.com and to purchases from MavParts, an independent enthusiast store operated by GHB Ventures. MavParts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ford Motor Company. “Ford” and “Maverick” are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe vehicle fit.

Ordering

Ordering is not open yet. Items marked “Coming soon” cannot be purchased. Before checkout opens, shipping times, return windows and any restocking terms will be published here, and they will apply to every order placed after that.

When ordering opens, you must be 18 or older to buy. Prices are in US dollars, and we ship to US addresses only. All purchases are one-time payments: there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at the wrong price.

Fit and installation

We describe which 2023 Ford Maverick configurations an item is meant for, but you are responsible for confirming fit and for safe installation. Items are aftermarket accessories, not factory parts. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local laws, especially for lighting, towing and emergency equipment.

Warranty and liability

Items carry only the warranty, if any, offered by their manufacturer. To the extent the law allows, MavParts provides the site and its products “as is”, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
