MavParts (mavparts.com) is an independent enthusiast store operated by GHB Ventures. It is not affiliated with Ford. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Browsing

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, session recording or third-party fonts. Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you check out. Our host, Vercel, processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

When you place an order

Payment is handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. We never see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive and store:

• your email address and name
• your shipping address
• what you ordered and the amount paid

We use this only to fulfil, ship and support your order, handle returns or disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payment (Stripe privacy policy).
• The supplier that ships your item (for example AliExpress or Amazon sellers), who receives your name and shipping address so they can deliver it.
• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (our order database), as service providers.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for returns, warranty questions, chargebacks and tax records (generally up to 7 years), then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing ghbventures@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Children

MavParts is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Purchases should be made by adults (18 or older). If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. See also our Terms of Sale.
